Partial Wedding Coordination Service

Perfect for a couple off to a good start with planning! You locked in a venue, have a general budget & maybe even booked a few of your wedding professionals already. Now what? You know there is much more to planning this celebration & may be worried about making a wrong decision or missing deadlines. 

Coordination begins 6 months out
Service cost $6,000

All services included in Month-of-Coordination plus these additional coordinator duties:

•Access to our Virtual Planning Site – Live Feed!

•2 in-person meetings – one will be the venue walk-through!

•Access to preferred vendors and discounts.

•Monthly reminders on important tasks with a list of To Do’s to ensure vendors are being booked and items are being completed within the timeline.

•Assistance with floor plan & seating assignments.

•Manage any final payment with vendors.

•Review, edit & submit the final headcount to the catering company, with all food allergies and additional guest requests.

•Coordinate all details with vendors prior to the wedding.

•Communicate with DJ/musicians on ceremony song selections.

•Work with DJ/musicians to establish timing for entertainment, grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet, and garter tosses & any additional traditions.

•Organize ceremony rehearsal.

•Unlimited conversations with the coordinator (via email + text)
